Patients who have questions about their bills or who would like to discuss a payment plan option may call and ask to speak to a business office representative with whom they can review their account and concerns. Patients with balances over $100 must make payment arrangements prior to future appointments being made.
MEDPRO Health Center provides health insurance billing as a courtesy service to our patients. We currently accept most major HMO and PPO health insurance providers. If you wish to have your health insurance provider cover the cost of acupuncture treatments, please contact your health insurance provider and ask about your health insurance policy for Traditional Chinese Medicine; to include acupuncture treatments. Please remember, your financial responsibility depends on your specific health insurance plan. Please bring a copy of your health insurance provider card to your first acupuncture treatment.
If we are not able to verify coverage before your first treatment, you are responsible for the full payment at the time of service. If appropriate, we will issue you a reimbursement of funds when we receive a full payment from your health insurance provider.
