CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

To ensure continuity and quality of care for all our patients, your best efforts should be made to avoid unnecessary or last minute cancellations. We understand that there are times when our patients must miss a scheduled appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work and/or family. However, when you do not call to cancel a scheduled appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed acupuncture treatment.

If a scheduled appointment is not cancelled within at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a forty dollar ($40) fee; this fee will not be covered by your health insurance company.

There is no fee if you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

 

LATE ARRIVAL FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

We understand that delays can happen at any time; however, we must try to keep our other patients on time for their scheduled appointments.

If a patient is 15 minutes past their scheduled time, we will have to re-schedule the appointment. Please contact our clinic office to cancel and/or re-schedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation/no show policy fee attached to your account.
